The Art of Sleeping
installation

The Art of Sleeping rethinks exhibition spaces as sleeping spaces, enabling visitors to take a nap or even stay over night. The tent-like structures offer the visitor the possibility to relax and experience the exhibition space from an unusual perspective. Translucent and opaque at the same time, our paper structures create a unique sleeping atmosphere, especially when the sunlight is shining through.

This project was realised for the LUMA Foundation in the complex Parc des Ateliers in Arles (France), where we designed a paper workshop and worked with locally produced paper.
